Shipping

Every effort is made to ship the first business day after payment is received. ***This does not apply if you are purchasing our custom glass display cases (see below)***. FedEx Ground shipping option is ONLY available to the lower 48 U.S. States. This option is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO addresses. If you would like your item shipped to one of these addresses, please use the USPS shipping options provided.

International Shipping Disclaimer : Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up ? do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" ? US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

*Applies to glass cases only - This product ships factory direct to you. Item is generally shipped 4-7 business days after item is ordered. Sometimes it may take up to 10 business days during busier times. These items are made to order and worth the wait!*

Our fees, service and organization is top quality. If you won some cards in your case break that you aren't interested in keeping or you found a treasure in the attic that you would like to sell... we have done it all. Our consignment rates are also some of the most seller (you) friendly so you get to keep more of your sale.

Returns

Returns are accepted with 14 days of receipt of the item. Item must be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition. Please contact us prior to returning to get an RMA number. A 20% restock fee applies to all returns. (see exceptions to returns policy below)

Exceptions - Returns are not accepted on card auctions and listings or on case breaks. Exact scans of the card are posted on the listing. If you have any questions regarding the card, please contact us before purchasing. We are not card graders nor do we claim to be but we will do our best to provide you with the most accurate info possible.

All listings and auctions are created with the most accurate information available. We do use manufacturer stock photos and sometimes the manufacturer does change their packaging. The product inside will always be as described. If you have any questions at all regarding the product. Please submit them to us and we'd be happy to answer.
